Williamson County’s landscape set a picture-perfect relocation scene for Nissan North America Inc.

“Construction is proceeding accord ing to schedule‚” Traynham says. “When completed in mid-2008‚ our headquarters will house more than 1‚000 people.”

Cool Springs has become a popular site for corporate headquarters due to its large inventory of available land‚ plentiful employee housing and amenities such as hotel and conference space‚ according to relocation specialists.

Construction costs for the new headquarters on Carothers Parkway in Cool Springs have been estimated at approximately $70 million.
